Overview As the Amazon Iberia E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Amazon strategy across Iberia region through AMZ Spain. This role plays a critical part in driving profitable growth, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring best-in-class execution across Amazon marketplace. The Impact You’ll Make Own and lead the Amazon business for Iberia, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share. Define and execute the Amazon commercial, promotional, and media strategy aligned with Versuni’s brand and business objectives.
Optimize content, assortment, pricing, and visibility to ensure best-in-class digital shelf execution. Manage Amazon advertising investments (AMS / DSP) to maximize ROI and performance. Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and external partners. Leverage data and insights to forecast performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution across demand planning, launches, and campaigns to ensure Iberia successfully delivers on its business objectives. The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring Proven experience in Amazon or marketplace e-commerce management, ideally within FMCG, consumer electronics, or home appliances. Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem, tools, and commercial levers. Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience
managing Amazon Ads, promotions, and vendor/seller central. Strategic mindset combined with strong hands-on execution capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in English (Spanish is mandatory).
