Lead Security Engineer

Develop and implement automation for tooling to integrate security tools to improve stakeholder experience Define and track key metrics to measure compliance with security standards, and create reports for various stakeholders Manage and maintain security tools, including those for static and dynamic code analysis and vulnerability scanning Support Engineering teams in risk identification and remediation, including security architecture reviews and threat modeling Contribute to the development of security policies and standards, and ensure their effective implementation Recommend best practices for cloud security, especially Web Application Firewall rules 5+ year experience in Application Security ~ Track record of delivering technical projects, and implementing security products in a highly technical environment ~ Proven experience with web application security and microservice architecture ~ Hands‑on experience with one major Cloud Infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Web Application Firewall (WAF) principles ~ Experience creating data visualizations and reports using tools like Snowflake and Looker, with a foundational understanding of SQL ~ Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques Effective communication, both verbally and in writing Detail‑oriented, critical thinker who excels both in collaboration and independent work Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Understanding of compliance standards and data regulation requirements strongly preferred We are an award‑winning Remote‑First company, an inclusive community, and we’re growing (which means you can too).
