We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to lead key initiatives in digital identity, access governance, and privileged access management. This role combines deep technical capabilities with consulting skills to collaborate with internal and external teams in designing, implementing, and evolving IAM solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement IAM solutions including IGA, PAM, secret management, and directories. Lead integration projects involving technologies such as EntraID, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, SailPoint, among others. Define and maintain identity and access governance policies aligned with standards such as NIST, ISO, and Zero Trust. Collaborate with architecture, operations, and compliance teams to ensure strategic alignment of IAM solutions. Conduct risk analyses and maturity assessments in identity environments. Act as a technical and consulting reference in digital transformation and security initiatives. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in technical IAM roles. Proven experience in: IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) PAM (Privileged Access Management) Secret management Directories (LDAP, AD, EntraID) Desirable knowledge in technologies such as: Microsoft EntraID CyberArk HashiCorp Vault SailPoint Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in IAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk Defender, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer). Experience in hybrid and multicloud environments. Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST SP 800-63, 800-160, Zero Trust Architecture.
