We are looking for Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong proficiency in API development using technologies such as Java, NodeJs or Python Solid understanding of API security, versioning, and documentation standards (, OpenAPI/Swagger). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and motivate technical teams. English level: Minimum B2, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (, Jira, Confluence). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Your role in the team We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Specialist to manage our APIs from the architecture point of view. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in API architecture and development with proven complexity management capabilities. You will be responsible for guiding the team in designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure APIs that power our core products and services. Key Responsibilities: Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of APIs from a technical point of view Ensure best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and security are followed across the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage workload distribution, sprint planning, and performance reviews. Act as a technical reference point for complex API-related challenges. Monitor and improve API performance, scalability, and reliability.
