You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.What You’ll DoHandle incoming customer calls in German , assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.What We’re Looking ForGerman: Native or bilingual levelEnglish: Advanced (minimum C1)Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekendsA valid NIE , NAF , and a Spanish
