GCP Cloud Engineer

Work with core GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, VPC networking, Cloud Storage, IAM. Monitor system health and performance using observability and monitoring tools. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive long‑term fixes.

Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with international teams and maintain proper operational documentation. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or a related field. Bilingual Spanish and English.6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years managing GCP production environments. Strong hands‑on experience with key GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, VPC, Storage, IAM).

Proficiency in monitoring, observability, and performance tuning. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash).

Experience

with Terraform and IaC practices. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks. Understanding of governance and compliance controls.
