Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‐cause analysis, and drive long‐term fixes. Develop automation scripts (Python, Bash) to improve operational efficiency. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with international teams and maintain proper operational documentation.
