Throughout a 2-years fast track career path, the Manager in Training will be gaining a leadership position to become a key player of Fendi retail network : managing sales team, driving the business with a forward thinker mindset in line with Fendi’s vision.What is about?Your pathYou will deep dive into Fendi Retail organization by experiencing a 2 assignments path :1rst assignment – 12 months : Based in your “home country”, you will be shadowing a department manager into taking the first steps within the retail environment : sales, after sales, clienteling, team management, morning briefings, stock management, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising. You will also take the opportunity to have multiple perspectives on the business by having a rotation after 6 months in another store (resort, outlets, department store.)2nd assignment – 12 months : This assignment will offer the opportunity to experience a mobility in another country. As Department Manager in training, you will deep dive into Department Store to experience the speed and the complexity of this environment.
