Dils is transforming the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.Together, we aim to DOUBLE our workforce in the next three years, fueled by significant investment and innovation.This is your chance to join a dynamic, digital-first team with limitless growth potential.Main responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Barcelona city in order to list properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements while ensuring company's commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with them.Deal with allocated clients from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the deals.Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity.RequirementsStrong previous experience in the real estate sector.
