Deine Aufgaben: Als Recruitment Consultant übernimmst du die Verantwortung für einen Nischenmarkt und übst dabei folgende Aufgaben aus: Identifizierung neuer Kunden und Geschäftsbeziehungen in verschiedenen Unternehmen Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen – sowohl mit neuen als auch bestehenden Kunden Aufbau eines Netzwerks von gefragten IT-Spezialist*innen, die für deinen Markt relevant sind Management des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses – von der Anwerbung über die Vermittlung bis hin zur Betreuung nach der Vermittlung Kreiere dir eine Nische, indem du Branchenkenntnisse entwickelst und der bevorzugte Recruitment Consultant für deinen Markt wirst.
