Overview Desde Luxe Talent, Consultoría Internacional de Selección y Formación de personal especializada en Moda, Lujo, Retail y FMCG, estamos buscando para uno de nuestros clientes, firma premium del sector moda, la figura de Assistant Store Manager para nueva apertura en el centro de . Responsibilities Brindar un excelente servicio a los clientes y otorgarles la mejor experiencia de compra. Activar todas las estrategias de CRM para crear una base de clientes leales a fin de mejorar el desempeño económico de la tienda. Supervisar los estándares del almacén y otorgar el surtido correcto de productos en tienda. Liderar el equipo para cumplir con los objetivos comerciales. Supervisar los KPI y el rendimiento de ventas del equipo, preparando informes completos para el responsable de zona. Impartir sesiones de formación/coaching sobre conocimiento de producto, CRM, atención al cliente, presentación de marca y visual merchandising, cuidando las directrices comerciales de la firma.
