Sobre el papel

Como asociado de soporte de TI II, utilizará sus habilidades para ayudar al equipo de operaciones a resolver problemas técnicos dentro de una instalación de Amazon Operations que abarca una multitud de disciplinas técnicas. Key job responsibilities

  1. Asignación, mantenimiento y solución de problemas de equipos de TI utilizados en las instalaciones de Amazon Operations.
  2. Maneja solicitudes y procedimientos de soporte a través de la red.
  3. Colaborar en la formación de nuevos empleados.
  4. Aprendizaje continuo de nuevas tecnologías.
  5. Capacidad para dar soporte a clientes desde múltiples edificios en el área, así como a clientes remotos.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 1+ de experiencia con Windows, Mac o Linux Operating systems.
  2. Experiencia en la resolución de problemas de sistemas informáticos integrados e interdependientes.
  3. Experiencia en mantenimiento de impresoras térmicas Zebra, resolución de problemas de clientes ligeros, PC, escáneres y terminales portátiles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), hardware de Microsoft (instalación), AWS u otras certificaciones relevantes de la industria.
  2. Experiencia en un entorno dinámico con un alto grado de servicio al cliente.
