What You'll Do As a Solution Specialist, you're the trusted expert guiding clients through cloud solutions that unlock their potential. You will: Lead sales cycles by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with potential customers Deliver impactful technical product insights tailored to customer needs and real-world scenarios Grow your expertise continuously by researching the latest cloud innovations and competitive offerings Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing details with razor-sharp accuracy Demonstrate technical and business solutions via engaging virtual sessions and face-to-face meetings Act as the key technical contact for the internal sales teams, supporting complex customer inquiries Facilitate group and one-on-one training to share your knowledge and empower others Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to ensure seamless customer experiences What You Bring We welcome innovative and driven talents passionate about technology and customer success: Proficient Dutch speaker (C1+) with strong English communication skills Bachelor's degree (technology, business, or related field preferred) 3-6 years of experience in technology sales or business development Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and adoption planning Ability to explain technical architectures for productivity and communication solutions Familiarity with security, identity, privacy, and compliance considerations in cloud environments Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excelling in customer-facing roles Certifications in cloud fundamentals or similar are highly desirable Don't meet every single criterion?
