The role The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will engage with customers in the EDU segment for K12 and Higher Ed to drive Kahoot’s adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. The CSM is responsible for the complete post‑sales lifecycle and will coordinate all Customer Success activities. Main duties Proactively consult a portfolio of Kahoot at School customers towards reaching their objectives, displaying tangible results and outcomes.
