We’re looking for someone with solid UX expertise and exceptional interaction and visual design skills. Our ideal candidate is a creative designer who balances empathy with data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll leverage your design experience, user insights, and market research to turn strategic direction into engaging products and experiences. This is a hands‑on role focused on product discovery, design, and development. You must have proven experience in user experience, interface and interaction design, strong visual design skills with attention to detail, and motion design or illustration experience will be a plus. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced UX/UI designers, product managers, data analysts, graphic designers, and developers to craft high‑quality, device‑agnostic user experiences. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, impactful digital experiences and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from youWhy you’ll want to come to work:Your main responsibility will be to execute all design stages—from concept to final hand‑off to Frontend Engineering—while maintaining visual consistency and alignment with our design standards.Create a range of design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and test‑ready prototypes.Play a key role in advancing the product’s visual and interaction and visual design, working closely with the design lead and manager.Support the maintenance and evolution of our design systems to ensure scalability and coherence across products.Track and measure the impact of design decisions, iterating on existing experiences and identifying opportunities for new ones.What you’ll bring to the team:3-4+ years experience as a UX/UI designer / Product Designer or similar role. You must be able to showcase and speak to your portfolio and how your work qualifies you for this role.Deep understanding of the end‑to‑end design process for digital products, with the ability to contribute at every stage.Creative and effective problem‑solving abilities.Solid UX expertise, with strong interaction and visual design skills.Expertise in Figma is essential.Experience with design systems—building, maintaining, and evolving them.Experience working closely with developers through writing UX/UI development handoffs. Familiarity with agile sprint planning.Skills in motion, illustration and/or basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be a plus.Don’t meet every single requirement?
