Role & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, capital allocation, and long‑term planning. Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business model, identifying value drivers, margin opportunities, and scalability constraints. Provide clear financial narratives and decision frameworks for new initiatives, international expansion, platform investments, and potential M&A or divestment opportunities. Financial Management & Reporting Lead the global finance function, including accounting, tax, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations. Oversee statutory accounting and tax compliance while ensuring strong governance across international entities. Manage group consolidation and reporting in the ERP system, ensuring timely, accurate, and decision‑ready financial information. Own consolidated month‑end, quarterly, and annual reporting, including profitability and performance analysis. Ensure alignment between statutory accounts, management reporting, and Board‑level reporting. Forecasting, Planning & Performance Management Lead company‑wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including multi‑scenario and sensitivity analysis. Build and maintain financial models to support business performance analysis and strategic decision‑making. Track performance against plan, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Cash Flow, Treasury & Risk Management Manage cash flow planning and liquidity across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Optimize working capital,
