Role & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business PartnershipAct as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning. Quickly develop a deep understanding of the business model, identifying value drivers, margin opportunities, and scalability constraints. Provide clear financial narratives and decision frameworks for new initiatives, international expansion, platform investments, and potential M&A or divestment opportunities. Financial Management & ReportingLead the global finance function, including accounting, tax, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations. Oversee statutory accounting and tax compliance while ensuring strong governance across international entities. Manage group consolidation and reporting in the ERP system, ensuring timely, accurate, and decision-ready financial information. Own consolidated month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting, including profitability and performance analysis. Ensure alignment between statutory accounts, management reporting, and Board-level reporting. Forecasting, Planning & Performance ManagementLead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including multi-scenario and sensitivity analysis. Build and maintain financial models to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making. Track performance against plan, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Cash Flow, Treasury & Risk ManagementManage cash flow planning and liquidity across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Optimize working capital,
