Sales Support Specialist

Full‑Time Position Overview Sales Support Specialist – join MCI’s dynamic sales team. We’re a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company with a global call center footprint. The role requires a detail‑oriented, proactive professional with strong sales support or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and summarize data from market research, customer feedback, and internal reports. Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information. Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team. Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives. Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings. Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights. Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives. Support the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Physical Requirements This role is performed in a professional office environment.
