You will be a key member of our Finance and Administration team, responsible for analyzing the company's financial information to ensure high levels of solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your role will include guiding company decision-making, preparing reports, and monitoring financial actions. You will report to our Financial Director and have the following responsibilities: Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget, forecasts, and periodic reviews. Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring consistency with accounting and management reports, and identifying potential risks. Optimize management information systems. Consolidate company analytics for coordination. Make recommendations to reduce costs. Develop procedures and best practices. Compare past performance with future plans. Identify trends and communicate them to the Financial Director. Assist the Financial Director in decision-making and strategy design. Initiate financial development projects. Knowledge of financial diagnosis, business finance, and information analysis. High proficiency in English. Experience in implementing policies to harmonize procedures across subsidiaries.
