About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll provide world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve inquiries efficiently, meet quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
  2. Log and resolve cases accurately in client systems.
  3. Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and quality standards.
  4. Escalate priority issues as required.
  5. Work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Near-native German proficiency (C1 or above) and good English skills (B1+).
  2. Previous experience in customer service or an outsourced environment is a plus.
  3. Strong multitasking skills with advanced computer literacy.
  4. Positive, team-oriented attitude and self-motivation.
  5. Flexibility to work shifts, adapting to project needs.
