This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation of our Claims strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards.**Your New Role:*** Investigate and resolve property, construction and energy complex claims to ensure effective handling and minimize financial leakage.* Analyze coverage issues and recovery opportunities (e.g., subrogation, contribution) to protect company interests.* Manage disputed claims and ensure settlements are reached economically.* Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, clients, brokers) to support business objectives and maintain strong relationships.* Monitor and validate billing, premium receipt, and reinstatement calculations before processing payments.* Maintain accurate reserves and system updates to reflect company liability clearly.* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior claims staff.* Support reporting and portfolio analysis to inform strategic decisions.**About you:**We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Claims, particularly within Property, Construction and Energy lines.
