Overview Are you a forward-thinking HR leader passionate about shaping the future of education? We are seeking a Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious private school in the heart of Barcelona. In this pivotal role, you will help to rethink our people strategy and work hands-on with the HR team to transition HR from an administrative function to a value-driven partner, utilizing relevant technology. You will report to the Headteacher and partner with the School Business Manager to cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and wellbeing for our staff. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle while spearheading initiatives that align our human resources with our educational mission.
