You will provide expert guidance in creating integrated, innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Your contributions will be critical in strategic technology planning and driving product excellence through high-quality designs and implementations. Your scope will be TAA EU Region South, which includes (among others) Italy and Spain. You will be part of the European technology leadership team, contributing directly into the tech strategy of the region. **Responsibilities:*** Lead strategic analysis of business and stakeholder requirements.* Direct the development of comprehensive architectural blueprints and models.* Ensure compatibility and integration of new products/services with existing architecture.* Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed technical specifications.* Lead technical planning sessions and strategy alignment with organizational goals.* Drive in-depth testing, validation, and optimization processes.* Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards and industry best practices.* Identify and address complex architectural and integration challenges.* Communicate strategic updates and design modifications to stakeholders.* Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members.* Collaborate with CoE and drive the main joint initiatives within the region (security CoE, architecture CoE, DevSecOps CoE).* Drive reusability within and across regions.* Monitor cloud costs and drive initiatives to reduce or control unnecessary increases.* Drive best practices in designing, delivering and monitoring non functional requirements.* Ensure that the data about portfolio assets is always updated and in synch with the reality of the systems.* Drive main architecture processes like Architecture Reviews, Technical Debt, Architecture Decision Record.* Support M&A processes within and outside the region.**Skills:*** Expert Architectural Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in application/product architecture.* Autonomous Project Leadership: Ability to lead and manage projects independently.* Strategic Analysis and Planning: Expertise in strategic analysis and planning for technology projects.* Advanced Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in advanced architectural and design tools.* High-Quality Assurance: Advanced techniques in ensuring architectural quality and performance.* Complex Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying and solving complex technical challenges.* Comprehensive Technical Documentation: Ability to produce detailed and clear technical documents.* Mentorship and Guidance: Strong capability to mentor and guide team members toward success.If you think that you have the needed requirements click on the apply button to join us and **be the difference**. **If making a difference matters to you, then you matter to us.***All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other protected status, in accordance with local regulations.*#LI-Hybrid## Our Interview Practices*To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
