You will work both independently and collaboratively across teams, serve as a resource to colleagues, and shape early-stage opportunities into scalable outcomes. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences.**In this role you will :****Common accountabilities*** Strong experience and deep knowledge in the field; understands its impact on the business and supports team members.* Helps shape decisions, anticipate challenges, works on cross-functional projects, suggest improvements, and takes responsibility for results.* Works independently with a clear plan, asking for guidance only on complex issues.**Specific accountabilities****Business Development*** Lead small to medium-sized business initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment; support the Business Development Manager on larger initiatives or analyses.* Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and partner outreach.* Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships—independently and in collaboration with other business units (BUs), that align with Amadeus’ short- and long-term regional strategy.**Project / Start -Up Management*** After approval of a new business initiative, define the work plan, engage relevant stakeholders (e.g., product, finance, legal), and manage early-stage execution to validate value and feasibility.* Provide interim project leadership for new initiatives and prepare a structured handover to the receiving operational team (line management) for ongoing ownership.**Ideal Candidate :*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field* 5-7 years of sales experience in an IT environment using digital tools with good exposure in **data analysis, sales processe**s, and working with KPIs.* Understanding of and/or prior experience with the travel industry & hospitality environment is desirable and will be treated as an advantage.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and build business cases.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.* Comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing ambiguity, and driving initiatives from concept to execution.**What we can offer you:** A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer.
