About The Role We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our chemical plant team. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring safety, quality and efficiency. You will actively participate in investment projects, continuous improvement initiatives and process standardisation. Your Responsibilities Analyse and solve problems using continuous improvement methodologies, identifying and eliminating root causes. Define and apply setting standards to ensure proper interaction between equipment and materials. Compile technical information in manuals and ensure operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. Keep maintenance management systems up to date and ensure compliance. Participate in industrialisation trials on production lines. Collaborate on investment projects: financial analysis, scheduling, CAPEX management and timeline monitoring. Evaluate contractor offers, lead negotiations and prepare contracts. Optimise production line processes, proposing improvements to increase efficiency, quality and safety. Update and maintain P&IDs and other technical documentation. The experience we're looking for Higher education in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, managing large‑scale projects in terms of cost and technical complexity. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project. Independence, accuracy and availability.
