(fluent Ukrainian) Marketing Manager (B2C Growth & Email)We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to help scale a portfolio of desktop utility apps. You'll own key growth levers across the user lifecycle, with email marketing at the core, and be accountable for measurable revenue impact.Your mission is simple:Get more users to activateGet more users to upgradeGet fewer users to churnWhat you will do:Own email and lifecycle marketing from onboarding to win‑backBuild and optimize funnels from download → trial → paidIncrease activation, trial usage, upgrades, and retentionRun growth experiments across emails, landing pages, and flowsAnalyze user behavior and identify drop‑off pointsCreate dashboards, weekly reports, and clear growth insightsLaunch tests, evaluate results, scale what works, kill what doesn’tCollaborate with product and design when needed – but move fast independentlyWhat you need to succeed in this role:2+ years of marketing experience in B2C product companiesExperience with product and funnel analytics (GA4, PostHog, Mixpanel, or similar)English proficiency at B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) level or higherAbility to track and optimize activation, trial usage, upgrades, and churnProven email and lifecycle marketing expertise with measurable revenue impactSkill in building onboarding, trial, upgrade, and win‑back email flowsAbility to segment users based on behavior, not assumptionsStrong copywriting for emails that drive clear actionExperience running A/B tests across emails, funnels, and landing pagesAbility to interpret results quickly and scale winners or kill losersSkill in improving landing pages and conversion without heavy dev supportComfort working with numbers, dashboards, and growth metricsWill be a plus:Practical experience with Google Search and/or Meta Ads and ability to run small paid tests and interpret resultsUnderstanding of CAC, ROAS, and payback periodsSEO knowledgeBenefits and Perks:Provide services during business hoursOpportunity to cooperate fully remotelyFriendly, supportive and forward‑thinking environmentCompensation in USDGreat management with no bureaucracyThe items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
