Due to continued growth in our Madrid office, our Project Management team in Madrid is looking to appoint an Junior Project Manager to work on exciting Real Estate Projects. Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators Preparing written project communication materials Degree or its equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management or Related Field Understanding of project life cycle Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques. Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment.
