You’ll coach, support, and empower them to prospect smarter, qualify better, and build meaningful connections with top‑level decision‑makers. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, helping your squad reach ambitious goals and enjoy the ride.What will you be doing?Lead and inspire a team of SDRs focused on the French market.Turn KPIs into action: analyze performance metrics and implement data‑driven strategies to boost productivity and results.Coach your team to success through ongoing training sessions, daily feedback, and practical development plans tailored to their growth.Keep motivation high Foster a positive, dynamic, and collaborative culture where people feel empowered to take ownership.Partner with Sales Managers, AEs, and Marketing to define a unified, effective prospecting strategy that opens real opportunities.Ensure your team consistently hits their individual and team goals, from MRR and demos to quality outreach.Work with Sales Enablement & RevOps to ensure your team is trained on the latest tools, techniques, and messaging.Collaborate closely with AE Team Leads and the Sales Director to share insights and continuously improve the SDR‑AE handoff.Make sure that, in your squad, sales is both fun and impactful.
