Marsh is seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to join the Business Client Support organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high‑quality business solutions in an Agile context that deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions. You will build sustainable and repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution, understand and refine the Target Operating Model for the business, and research and monitor the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company. Responsibilities Drive optimisation of operating models across MMB, aligning them to best practices and realizing benefits in terms of reduced costs, enhanced revenues, better controls and improved client satisfaction. Track progress on efficiencies globally and report them to senior leadership. Lead complex solution design and guide teams on adopting global solutions. Lead complex change projects in multiple countries in collaboration with development and roll out of new end‑to‑end technology. Identify areas of improvement within business processes, systems and user experience for the short term with minimal investment. Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary Agile team to design and deliver high‑quality business solutions. Manage global stakeholders and teams in a robust manner to drive proposed change. Build capabilities in business solution architecture practice and enhance own and the team’s expertise. Serve as a trusted advisor to global, regional and country leadership. What you need to have Minimum 7 years’ experience as a solution lead or business analyst. 5+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services. Experience as lead in process blueprinting, digital transformation in a global setup. Experience in leading design/implementation of automation/platform solutions. Experience with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred. Insurance or financial industry experience preferred. Effective communication and leadership skills. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. Fluent in English orally and in writing and preferably Spanish. MBA degree or equivalent.
