Sibils Consulting is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Legal Director – Employment Law. The Legal function plays a strategic role in supporting the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing labour relations and enabling a sustainable and responsible growth model. You will lead and manage a highly qualified legal team of 8 employment lawyers , reporting directly to the General Counsel . You will also work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and maintain strong relationships with partners from the employment law practices of some of the most prestigious law firms in the market. Lead the Employment Law team and oversee HR-related legal matters. Act as a strategic legal partner to the business and product teams, providing innovative and pragmatic solutions. Design and implement a legal compliance framework for Third Party Logistics (3PL). Anticipate legal risks and define mitigation and prevention strategies. Develop initiatives aimed at reducing legal risk and associated costs. Influence business operations and product development through effective, forward-looking legal advice. Law degree and Master's degree in Employment / Labour Law. Spanish-qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of experience , ideally gained within a top-tier law firm. Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). Proven experience leading and developing legal teams. Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills. A highly strategic and senior leadership position with direct exposure to top management. ~ Permanent, full-time contract. ~ Flexible working hours. ~ Hybrid working model (2–3 days of remote work per week). ~Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
