Empresa especializada en proyectos industriales para el sector automoción precisa a un/a PROJECT LEADER que sea responsable de la dirección y coordinación de un proyecto, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos, plazos y presupuesto. Sus funciones principales incluyen la planificación, la gestión de equipos y la mitigación de riesgos, además de ser el principal punto de comunicación entre los miembros del proyecto y los interesados. Funciones principales de un project leader ● Planificación y gestión: definir los objetivos, crea un plan de acción y supervisa el cronograma para asegurar que el proyecto se desarrolle de manera eficiente. ● Coordinación de equipos: Liderar, motiva y coordina a los miembros del equipo, gestionando la colaboración y fomentando un entorno de trabajo productivo. ● Gestión de riesgos: Identificar y evaluar los riesgos potenciales, desarrollando estrategias para mitigar los obstáculos y mantener el proyecto en el camino correcto. ● Comunicación con todos los agentes implicados (stakeholders), informando sobre el estado del proyecto, los avances y cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir. ● Seguimiento y control: Monitorear el progreso del proyecto, controla el cumplimiento de los plazos y los costos, y realiza los ajustes necesarios. ● Cierre del proyecto: Gestionar el cierre del proyecto, asegurándose de que se evalúen los resultados y se capturen las lecciones aprendidas para futuras mejoras.
