What you will do: As a Regional Sales Director at Sensorfact, you will drive our growth in the Italian market by expanding our client portfolio and increasing revenue. Leading a high-performing sales team, you'll play a key role in shaping the direction of the business, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to build a scalable and successful sales organization. You will lead your team to achieve growth targets, build lasting client relationships, and capitalize on new business opportunities. Develop and execute the sales strategy for Sensorfact solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success What you bring: A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth A strategic ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses Familiar working in the SME sector, manufacturing space, or with hardware solutions is a plus A collaborative team player who excels in both autonomous work and team-driven success Why you will love working here: Rapid growth - you can grow with us Uncapped performance-based bonuses Health insurance coverage Travel reimbursement 500 euros for your home office setup (through Workwize) Exciting rewards through our employee referral program 23 vacation days to recharge Remote work flexibility: Up to 2 months per year (based on performance and manager approval) Onboarding, buddy system, and mentorship Team-building activities, including Sales Week, outings, and company getaways Free Friday lunch and healthy snacks Visit our website and follow us on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Glassdoor to stay updated on our journey.
