My client is in need for a PMO to support the Project Manager in the daily coordination and control of an international ERP program. I'm looking for a structured and proactive PMO with experience in project assistant or project coordination roles within complex IT or ERP environments. Responsibilities Responsible for project planning and tracking, including milestones, dependencies and action and decision logs. Supporting weekly project meetings and steering committees, maintaining project documentation and preparing status reports and dashboards. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, managing project communications and proactively identifying and escalating risks and blockers. Start: February 2026 Location: Madrid with regular onsite presence (you need to be located in Spain already) Duration: 6 months with option to extend Hours: 32 to 40 per week Are you interested?
