Join Our Team as Parts Flow Manager – EBRO FactoryAt EBRO, we are reinventing industrial mobility through smart logistics and lean operations. We are looking for a Parts Flow Manager to lead the inbound and internal materials flow strategy, ensuring efficiency, traceability and coordination across the supply chain. Your Responsibilities Define and implement the strategy for parts flow from suppliers to production lines. Supervise internal logistics operations: milk run, supermarkets, lineside delivery, and internal transport. Optimize the balance between cost, stock levels and service through logistics engineering principles. Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, production and engineering teams to ensure flow alignment. Lead the deployment of standards for packaging, kitting, returnable containers and labelling. Monitor and analyze KPIs (availability, inventory, handling cost, space utilization) and propose improvement actions. Participate in the definition of layouts, tugger flows and sequencing strategies for new models and production areas. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and traceability standards in logistics operations. What You Bring Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or similar. 4+ years of experience in logistics engineering, materials flow or inbound operations in automotive or manufacturing. Knowledge of lean logistics, internal flow concepts (Just-in-Time, Kanban, FIFO) and packaging. Experience with SAP, WMS, Power BI and/or AutoCAD is a plus. Strong analytical skills, leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Fluent in Spanish and English Why Join EBRO?
