NextGenDashboards builds Business Intelligence solutions for global fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. We harmonize and consolidate sales data from multiple sources (NielsenIQ, Circana, Europanel, etc.) and transform it into dynamic, online dashboards that help clients analyze market performance and identify growth opportunities. We are looking for a Data Analyst who can work independently, interact confidently with clients, and bridge technical data work with commercial needs. Responsibilities Support clients with data-driven insights and market analysis, based on dashboards built in Power BI Harmonize sales data from various sources, formats, languages, time periods, and currencies. Optimize ETL processes within our proprietary data-integration software. Identify new categories/markets to expand dashboard coverage and drive business growth. Create new visualizations that enhance the value of client dashboards. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present insights and collaborate across teams effectively. Excellent spoken and written English. Advanced studies in Data Analysis (undergraduate, postgraduate, or master’s). Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices. Experience working with multinational organizations and understanding their structures. Strong analytical skills and experience handling large datasets. Proficiency in Excel and strong general data-management skills. Strong client-facing and commercial skills. High sense of responsibility, ability to meet deadlines, and comfort working under pressure. Autonomy, flexibility, and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with leading (small) teams.
