This senior leadership role combines operational oversight with strategic business development.About the RoleThe Head of Business Operations and Business Development will lead key operational and commercial initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring streamlined performance, scalable growth, and long‑term sustainability. The role reports directly to the VP for Business Development and collaborates cross‑functionally with Operations, Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, HR, and Supply Chain teams.What You’ll DoStrategic Operational LeadershipLead operational execution and oversight of the Radiopharma portfolio expansion across EMEA.Champion LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity, reduce cost, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.Guide operational readiness for infrastructure projects, network expansion, and new product launches.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), business dashboards, and compliance metrics to support sustainable operations.Business Development & Growth EnablementShape and execute the EMEA Radiopharma growth strategy by identifying new opportunities in PET diagnostics and theranostics.Evaluate pipeline opportunities, lead negotiations, and secure new commercial contracts with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, CROs, and biotech firms.Lead partnership development, onboarding, and
