For the next-gen of designers, editors, and creators.If disruptive video, design, and storytelling are your strengths, this program is for you. We're seeking professionals who don't just follow trends - they challenge, hack and redefine them.  Ready to boost your creative career? Your responsabilities: Create and adapt visual and video assets for Digital Marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more). Pitch and prototype new creative formats based on insights from social platforms. Use AI tools to accelerate delivery of visuals, copy, subtitles, and more. Build quick-turnaround visual variants for creative testing (thumbnails, end screens, different layouts and narratives). Design impactful video assets and static visuals - from key visuals to thumbnails.  Help organize and maintain high-efficiency asset libraries across Figma, LucidLink, and Cloudinary. About you:1 years of professional experience (internships or freelance work included) in graphic design, video editing, or content creation. Spanish and Bilingual English level (additional languages are a plus). Strong skills with: Adobe Premiere, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, generative AI.  Bonus points if you have experience with After Effects, CapCut or advanced prompting. Bachelor's degree or similar in Film, Design, Communication, or a related field.  Location: Must be based in Madrid You will thrive here if you: Can capture attention in the first 3 seconds of a video, and have a sharp eye for narrative flow and keyframes. Love A/B testing and can create visual variations at record speed, always thinking about performance. Are proactive, solutions-driven, and ready to learn fast from real campaign results. Get excited about using AI tools and testing emerging tech to boost creativity. Stay curious about new platforms, formats, and storytelling trends. Can generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with objectives and overall campaign strategies Have deep passion for creative concept development in marketing campaigns. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear priorities and delivering under tight deadlines. Feel confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical and creative requirements.
