Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Your future position**:
Supporting the sustainability team in tracking performance with regards to the environmental social governance regulatory framework, while keeping an eye on KPIs and gathering supplier data, tracing the supply chain.

**Tasks**:

- Assisting when following up on the ESG (environmental social governance) regulatory framework (waste management, supply chain, environmental taxonomy, social taxonomy, information disclosure, etc.)
- Helping with benchmarking on ESG matters such as: ESG information communication, stakeholders approach, information disclosure (non financial reports), KPIs and commitments definition
- Support to compile required information on the non-financial report and assistance in the definition of KPIs
- Supporting when gathering supplier data for sustainable products: certifications, request and analysis of results of chemical tests
- Supporting when gathering supplier data to help trace supply chain, providing help in control of production procedures

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have studied Economics, environmental studies, humanistic studies or a similar degree
- Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish or any other languages are a big plus
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as Power Point and Word
- Knowledge about current or emerging sustainability trends (ESG) and SAP is a plus
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
