Facilities and Operations Officer

Reviews operating budgets for revenues and expenses and monitors compliance to contracts.Essential Job Functions:Lead, direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilitiesOversee accounts receivable, including client invoicing and collections, as neededProcess incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses), as neededAnalyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practicesExecution of the applicable KPI's per company standard.Other duties as assignedThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
