As a Front of House Crew Member you will ensure the Front Office runs smoothly and wow our customers at every opportunity. Responsibilities Take ownership of the guest journey and continuously raise the bar. Know guests and have a passion for independent travel. Deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor social spaces, lighting, sound and temperature to embody the Generator brand. Know your city, its cafés, bars, restaurants, art and music. Comply with all company policies, including Fire Training, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene. Handle cash responsibly. Administer close of shift procedures with 100% accuracy. Skills & Experience Front office hospitality experience. Experience with a Property Management System. Flexible with shifts – mornings, evenings and weekends. Organised and able to keep cool under pressure. Passionate about maximising revenue. Eligible to work in the EU. Benefits Birthday holiday in addition to yearly holiday allocation.
