Responsibilities Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement Manage and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, video producers)Lead italki's global social media presence (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Oversee PR activities and manage media communications when needed Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Service, SEO/GEO, Content, CRM) to ensure brand consistency Create authentic stories that connect italki users, teachers, and language learners Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, language creators, and media Requirements Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with proficiency at C2 level. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or social media management Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong creative and storytelling skills Hands-on experience managing and growing social media platforms Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture branding with on-the-ground execution Plus Experience in the language learning/education industry preferred Background as a language teacher, language learner, or polyglot is a strong plus Prefer a strong entrepreneurial mindset
