Responsibilities Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagementManage and inspire the creative team (designers, copywriters, video producers)Lead italki’s global social media presence (Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Oversee PR activities and manage media communications when neededWork closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Service, SEO/GEO, Content, CRM) to ensure brand consistencyCreate authentic stories that connect italki users, teachers, and language learnersBuild and maintain partnerships with influencers, language creators, and mediaRequirements Strong command of English, both verbal and written, with proficiency at C2 level.8+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative direction, or social media managementBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong creative and storytelling skillsHands-on experience managing and growing social media platformsStrategic thinker who can balance big-picture branding with on-the-ground executionPlus Experience in the language learning/education industry preferredBackground as a language teacher, language learner, or polyglot is a strong plusPrefer a strong entrepreneurial mindset
