Senior Director GOE ME Manufacturing Processes Owner Job Title: Senior Director GOE ME Manufacturing Processes OwnerLocation: Barcelona, SpainAs Senior Director GOE ME Manufacturing Processes Owner at dsm‑firmenich, you will spearhead the transformation of our manufacturing operations by aligning factory‑relevant processes with the future‑ready S/4HANA platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Manufacturing Function through our complex S/4HANA transformation, supporting the SVP Manufacturing Excellence as process owner and leading activities from within the business CoE.Use deep functional expertise in PP, PP‑PI, WM, EWM, PM and QM to assess as‑is site‑specific shop floor processes, identify and agree on transformation opportunities enabled by the new S/4 capabilities.Lead cross‑BU process discovery and harmonization workshops, identifying Level 3/4 process variants, conducting fit‑gap assessments against the target S/4 model, and finding common solutions where deviations exist.Bridge strategy and implementation by defining a business process structure executable in our target S/4HANA model, linking manufacturing, internal logistics, quality and maintenance into an integrated flow.Ensure S/4 design and process decisions remain coherent with the existing and evolving wider solutions landscape, including site‑level L2 & L3 systems and corporate non‑SAP systems.Guide pilot implementations to exit hyper‑care with minimal business impact and agreed success metrics achieved.QualificationsExtensive expertise in manufacturing business processes: gathering, analysis, mapping, recommendation, negotiation and implementation.Comfortable working in dynamic manufacturing environments, driving process improvements from shop‑floor operations to enterprise‑level solutions.Broad cross‑industry experience across food & beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.Proven track record delivering multiple full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, ensuring seamless digital transformation and operational alignment.Strong project management capabilities, with a history of leading complex initiatives and aligning digital solutions with business strategy.Benefits & OpportunitiesTransform and shape the future of dsm‑firmenich Manufacturing solutions for years to come.Lead the ERP transformation journey of around 100 diverse sites from different start points and in numerous factory archetypes.Work with a diverse range of countries and cultures.Flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.Culture prioritizing safety and well‑being, both physically and mentally.Application Process Please apply online by uploading your resume in English via our career portal.
