Our talent has led us to be one of the top 6 technology companies in the world.Because #Greattech, needs #GreatPeople, like youTheHead of Physical Security IBIOLwill be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the global physical security strategy of NTT DATA within the region, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and facilities, the physical business continuity, and regulatory compliance across all countries where the company operates.This role will hold a strategic position withinReal Estate & Workplace (RE&W) , reporting directly to theHead of RE&W IBIOLand working cross-functionally withIT/Corporate Security ,Legal ,Health & Safety , andProcurement .Its mission is to establish and oversee thephysical security control frameworkthat protects people, assets, and operations; strengthensorganizational resilienceandregulatory compliance ; and enables asafe, efficient, and privacy-conscious workplace experience .FUNCTIONS:Strategy and governance:Design, maintain, and implement thePhysical Security Master Plan,theOffice Access Policy,and related procedures; manage theRACI matrixand security governance forums.Compliance and auditing : Execute theannual multi-country audit plan ; monitor corrective actions; oversee data privacy and retention within security systems (CCTV/ACS/alarm); and coordinate compliance with local regulatory requirements.Risk, continuity, and crisis management:Support theBusiness Continuity Planby coordinating escalations, drills, and lessons learned, and by providing executive reporting.Site lifecycle management : Define security requirements forAS-IS pre-lease , fit-out, handover, operations, anddecommissioningphases; leadsite risk assessments , zoning, and space segregation.Vendors and budget:Define sourcing strategy and manageRFP processes;overseeSLAs/OLAs;manageOPEX/CAPEX,forecasting, and variance control.People and culture:Lead and develop the network ofOffice Security Officers (RSO);design and implement theannual training plan(access management, crisis response, privacy, and workplace violence).Technology architecture:Define standards forCCTV/VMS, ACS, alarms, and monitoringsystems, including integrations and hardening (in collaboration withIT/InfoSec);establish themodernization roadmap.KPIs/OKRs : Define and monitorMTTA/MTTR , false-alarm ratios, audit coverage and action closure, policy compliance, percentage of RSOs trained, and budget performance..Experience and education:University degree required; postgraduate studies inCorporate Security ,Risk Management , or similar fields are desirable. Minimum offive yearsleadingcorporate physical securityin multinational and multi-vendor environments. Experience in leased offices,business centers , andcoworking spaces .Technical competencies:Knowledge ofISO 22301/27001/31000frameworks;GDPR / data-privacyprinciples applied to CCTV/ACS/alarm systems; and familiarity with local private security regulations. Ability to coordinatelicensed security representativeswith Legal in countries where required.Functional competencies:Inclusive leadership, strategic vision, decision-making under pressure, cross-functional influence, stakeholder negotiation, executive/intercultural communication, results orientation, anddata-driven mindset .Languages:Native Spanish;fluent English (C1)for negotiation.
