What You’ll Do: • Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business. • Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.• Maintain floor and stock presence. • Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance. • Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.• Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
