At **Art W Studio**, a studio specialized in artistic miniature painting, we are looking for a **Sales & Marketing Associate** to join our young and growing team.

We want someone energetic, ambitious, and eager to learn—someone who enjoys talking to people from around the world and is motivated to grow in a commercial role with exposure to digital marketing.
**- What you'll do**
- Generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Represent Art W Studio in meetings and convey our passion for what we do.
- Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, SEO, SEM, newsletters).
- Explore AI tools to improve sales and marketing processes.
- (Nice to have) Help with simple content creation (photos, videos, light editing).
**- What we're looking for**

**Must-have**
- Advanced English (around C1), confident in calls and meetings.
- Strong sales drive: outgoing, persuasive, and motivated to close deals.
- Proactive and resilient: not afraid to try, insist, adapt, and learn.

**We like it**
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, newsletters).
- Curiosity for AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.

**Nice to have**
- Basic photo, design, or video editing skills for social media content.
