We produce semi-finished products of copper and its alloys for sectors such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, construction, metal packaging and the railway industry, among others. Your role We want to continue growing and for this reason we need to incorporate a PRODUCTION ENGINEER, who wants to be part of a dynamic team, working for an international project and in a process of growth and expansion for the coming years. The main goal of this position is to optimize and standardize production processes: Identify the incidences in order to improve the processes. Manage the quality of the production. Analyze and standardize the processes. Propose improvements. Operative training. KPI and quality objectives. What do we look for? You will rock at this role if you have: Proactivity, resolution and goal in action and in the delivery of value. Creative and positive attitude. Great desire to learn and contribute new knowledge to the company. Client orientation. Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position.
