Procurement Technician

We produce semi-finished copper and alloy products for sectors such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, construction, metal packaging and railways. Your role We are looking to incorporate a PROCUREMENT TECHNICIAN , eager to be part of a dynamic team working on an international project within a growth and expansion phase. The main objective is to manage the supply of materials, consumables and non-copper services, optimizing costs and service times, while ensuring the correct internal documentary process with subsequent validation of goods and services received. Manage assigned warehouses to guarantee stock availability and inventory control, minimizing costs. Ensure entry and exit of non-copper materials and distribution of materials to the different production plants. You will be responsible for: Be proactive in internal customer service and report any changes in requests. Comply with daily operational procedures and safety protocols, including PPE. Act as a liaison with external suppliers. Control the physical receipt of materials, verifying quantity and quality. Distribute materials to each plant with the corresponding cages. Perform administrative receipts in SAP. Manage orders and track them to meet deadlines. Manage imports of non-copper purchases, providing the required customs documentation. Conduct monthly inventories and ensure correct cost allocation. Report any safety anomalies to the direct supervisor. What do we look for? You will rock at this role if you have: Minimum education: FP II or CFGS in administration. English B1-B2, spoken and written. Essential Excel skills. Valid forklift license required. Experience in warehouse operations, including industrial spare parts, goods receipt, and invoicing. Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus. Why La Farga?
