Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years' experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.Todos los candidatos deben asegurarse de leer atentamente la siguiente descripción del puesto y la información antes de enviar su solicitud.We are looking for an Asset Management based in Sevilla or Madrid to give support to our projects.What will you help with?Monitor project construction and operational performance.Ensure compliance with information obligations under financing contracts.Prepare financial reports and ratios for financial institutions.Analyze and control project income and costs.Oversee billing and collection processes related to energy balances.Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of project budgets and forecasts.Propose methodologies to enhance process efficiency.Support the administration of land lease contracts.Assist with the renewal of Guarantees.Support cash flow management and forecasting.Maintain document control systems.Assist in the management of insurance claims.Who you are:Bachelor's degree in FinanceBased in Sevilla or Madrid.At least 1-3 years of proven experience in similar roles.Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is required.Basic tax knowledge of VAT taxes, income taxes and withholding taxes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven analytical and mathematical capabilities.Critical thinking and presentation skills.Willingness to learn about an exciting and fast-growing industry.High degree of attention to detail.What do we offer?Hybrid model with 2 flexible days a week working from home.Stable employment based on a permanent contract.Real chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.Free snacks and well-equipped facilities.Free Health insurance.Language and technical training on demand.Free Meal vouchers.Flexible
