Quintas Energy is looking for a professional with solid experience in the technical management of PV assets to supervise the technical performance of multiclient portfolios across differents countries from Seville´s office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing PV systems, security systems, and SCADA platforms
- Leading incident management and impact assessments
- Coordinating with Legal & Finance on cross-functional matters
- Reviewing and validating Expected Energy Values (onboarding + annual)
- Overseeing the calculation of contractual metrics (Availability, PR, etc.)
- Monitoring contractor performance and compliance (O&M, H&S, SLAs)
- Managing project contracts in coordination with Legal and Finance
- Planning and supervising site visits and punch list follow-up
- Conducting Opex analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Preparing reports on material breaches and recommendations to clients
- Validating technical reporting deliverables for compliance
- Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring compliance
- Prioritising activities based on risk and opportunity assessments
- Assessing and implementing optimisation strategies
- Ensuring execution of Monthly Closing Procedures

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:

- University degree in Energy Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience (2+ years in leadership)
- Proven experience in utility-scale PV asset management
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets
- Organised, proactive, and team-oriented profile
